Scope
This information concerns our service contracts with consumers that are subject to withdrawal, in particular consulting, brokerage, search, vehicle inspection, detailing and storage orders concluded at a distance or outside our business premises. Whether a statutory right of withdrawal exists depends on the statutory requirements of the specific contract.
For separate contracts for carriage with a specific date or period of performance agreed when the contract is concluded, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded under § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB. We inform you separately before you place your order of any exclusion that applies to the specific order. For a vehicle purchase from our own stock that is subject to withdrawal, we use a separate withdrawal information for goods.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LEVEL ABOVE, owner Andreas Fix, In der Krakau 18, 30900 Wedemark, Germany, phone: +49 5130 9690555, email: info@levelabove.pro) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Further information on an early start of services
For a service contract for a fee, the right of withdrawal expires under the conditions of § 356 (5) no. 2 BGB upon complete performance of the services we owe under the contract. For this, before the start of performance you must have expressly consented to us beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your awareness that the right expires upon complete performance of the contract. For a contract concluded outside our business premises, you must also transmit this consent to us on a durable medium.
An advance payment, forwarding of an order or a commission invoice alone does not cause the right of withdrawal to expire. For New Car Premium, the agreed support until the vehicle is handed over is part of the full scope of services owed. An early start alone does not end the right of withdrawal either. In the event of an effective withdrawal, any compensation for value is governed exclusively by the statutory requirements and the actual state of performance of the contract concerned.
The declarations on an early start are obtained separately. A general acceptance of the terms and conditions does not replace them.

For a contract concluded outside business premises, the consent to an early start must be transmitted by the customer on a durable medium. The actual declaration must be available before performance begins. Internal staff notes do not replace it.
